In a past life, he researched X-ray physics for medical imaging and defence applications back home in Houston, Texas. Former particle physicist involved in groundbreaking research uncovering evidence of a new force of nature. Led the MLOps team at Virgin Media O2 supporting 40 data scientists in delivering impactful AI solutions to 48 million customers. Now leading GenAI and data platforms at Electric Twin. Gleb is also an active organiser of the London MLOps community — Europe's largest MLOps meetup.

Zornitsa spent 5 years in VC where she invested in tech companies from seed to Series C. During her time at Lakestar, she helped start the fund's coverage in Central and Eastern Europe and build out the firm's investment thesis in European healthtech, data and AI. She invested in companies such as Validio, AccuRx, Colossyan and Neko Health. She has a BA in Economics from University of Cambridge.
